I found this hotel to be a pleasant surprise with its lovely views of Phnom Phen from the balcony. The aircon was a great relief in the heat, and the clean bathroom was a nice touch. The service was a bit hit or miss with some confusion over my reservation, but once sorted, the staff were helpful. The location, right near the old market, was perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the large portions provided. The facilities were decent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms with excellent drinks, although the decor was a bit dated and dusty. The balcony added a nice touch to the stay. The service started off well with helpful arrangements until some hiccups with my reservation, and the additional facilities like room service and shuttle service were convenient. The location was great, right near the bustling market, and the dining included some great coffee and fruit, although the value for money could have been better.
